The DEATCH Account Executive (AE) Team is responsible for strategically manage as well as up- and cross-sell into our large merchant portfolio. The portfolio consists of the top 160 merchants in DEATCH. In the partnership discussions with our merchants we discuss with PP products can help the merchant grow faster. We up- and cross-sell the full range of PP products, i.e. our branded PP wallet products but also our credit card processing capabilities as well as our Hyperwallet, Simility, iZettle and Jetlore products. Our team consists of 12 AEs and two managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the AE leaders in the 2021 planning exercise
    • Merchant segmentation
    • Revenue planning on individual merchant basis
  • Quarterly sales incentive plan evaluation
  • Prepare weekly forecast meetings extracting relevant information from sales performance dashboards
  • Drive and manage own projects in the AE team
  • Build trust and effective relationships with peers/cross-functional teams

Basic Requirements:

  • Must be pursuing a Master’s degree in Business, economics, mathematics, computer science or related field from an accredited college or university
  • Like to play with numbers, solve problems and learn by doing.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office package (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Has high attention to details and work in a clear, structured and organized way.
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Feels accountable for his responsibilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Thrive evolving as a team player and in a multi-cultural office environment.
  • Fluent in English. Proficiency in German is a plus.
