Playing an integral role within PayPal’s Sales Organization, the Section Manager will be responsible for leading, developing and coaching a world class team of Sales Representatives and Team Leads.

- Manages Several Team Leads
- Responsible for developing Sales Reps into Team Leaders and Team Leaders into Section Managers
- Responsible for call listening, both live and archived. 
- Responsible for Book Reviews and Coaching Sessions.
- Responsible for ensuring Salesforce Opps are followed up on and all leads are worked properly. 
- Responsible for monitoring Send-Backs and other Quality metrics.
- Responsible for calling behind problem accounts and assisting on aged deals and pricing modification. 
- Interfacing with Underwriting department for decision disagreements.
