PayPal Marketing Solutions team is looking for a highly competent and collaborative sales and marketing coordinator to enhance and support projects and collaboration between internal organizations and a specific customer segment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan events and key meetings with customers and prospects for PayPal Marketing Solutions Large Enterprise segment
  • Track and manage product utilization with respect to the allocated quotas as specified in the contracts with customers
  • Identify processes within PayPal Marketing Solutions team that ensure proper adherence to privacy and compliance policies.
  • Operationalize and sustain processes that emerge out of the team’s priorities and other initiatives.
  • Collaborate within the framework of the existing operations of the company to drive operating rhythms, relevant artifacts and team events to enable better communications and engagement up down and across functions & teams; optimize cadences, drive agenda and prep for internal team rhythms, management/executive reviews.
  • Support and enhance cross-functional collaboration at various levels.
  • Build business case studies based on our engagement with large enterprise customers and co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders to get these case studies approved and socialized.

  • Finance knowledge & experience preferred
  • A “can-do” attitude that focuses on getting the job done in a highly collaborative and positive way
  • Effective verbal and written English communication skills
