In charge of Sales and Marketing analytics for GoPay

Role:

As a member of the product analytics team, you will

  • Become a domain expert in China Sales and Marketing and conduct rigorous data analysis to help improve customer experiences and identify profitable growth opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering teams to build world-class hypothesis-driven experiments and analytics for various Sales and Marketing programs and initiatives; make clear, coherent and holistic recommendations based on test results
  • Leverage Objective & Key Results (OKR) framework to identify product metrics and monitor product performance through dashboards and ad hoc analysis
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior-level/non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Data driven mindset with degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Psychology or Mathematics
  • Fluent in SQL and Excel; experience with a statistical programming language (e.g., R, Python), visualization tools such as Tableau or Qlikview, and/or web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Omniture, Google Analytics) preferred
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in analyzing large, multi-dimensional data sets and synthesizing data insights into actionable recommendations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to influence cross-functional teams
  • Prior work experience in management consulting, investment banking, website analytics and/or consumer financial products is highly valued
