Key Expectations: • Strong process knowledge of Risk Operations • Strong desire to drive results through people and constantly coach them • Must be willing and able to work any shift and should be flexible with hours of operations • Ability to lead in ambiguous situations • Accuracy and attention to detail • Effectively prioritize work to ensure efficiency • Should be able to coach bottom performers based on different coaching tool/methodology • Must conduct weekly/monthly QD calibrations with different teams • Multitasking – ability to work on several tasks/projects/initiatives at a quick pace • Strong time management skills, ability to work under pressure with limited supervision • Fluency in MS Office tools Required: • Minimum 90% quality in last 2 quarters • The incumbent should have met the AHT targets as assigned by the business • The incumbent should be tenured for minimum of 6 months in CRS as on the date of application deadline • The incumbent must not be in CM / PIP or must not have been issued with warning letter within 90 days, from the date this role has been posted • Excellent Written & Oral Communication Skills • Understanding of Risk Operations Policy, Procedures & Brand • Thorough knowledge of Risk Information Center Procedures • Previously displayed behaviors of mentoring people such as SME, Lead process improvement related activities • Has ability to manage & communicate change - provide examples in interview where they have done that informally

Summary:

  • Driving performance in key metrics for assigned colleagues across Risk Operations
  • Provide Coaching and Feedback for improving performance as well as overall professional development
  • Liaising with support functions to create strategies to meet business goals
  • Handle day-day functioning/administrative work including operations floor management
  • Floor governance in terms of Operational functioning – systems availability, AHT, policy and procedures clarity, maintaining personal files
  • Conducting Team huddles and meetings to cover the operational aspect and issues with respect to people/process issues
  • Creating individual targets for the team and driving superior customer service along with high focus on Procedural Adherence
  • Take up end to end projects from a visibility/professional development standpoint
