Data analytics role in Global Seller Risk Management


  • Design, implement, operate and maintain salesforce queue management system for underwriting
  • Develop queue prioritization logic to ensure that risky sellers in the pipeline are queued on a timely basis
  • Work with teams across the globe to identify available capacity and queue adequate leads to meet necessary requirements
  • Manage E2E lifecycle of underwriting leads queued through tracking, monitoring and reporting status on a regular basis•Ideate and innovate systems, tools, data and processes that are used in the queue framework for optimal use


  • Master/Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer science, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
  • 3 to 5 years in data/systems analyst experience required
  • Proficient in SQL. Salesforce and APEX experience a plus
  • Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Good team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
  • Good communication skills
