• Develop automated reports leveraging the BI tools to provide the KPIs tracking and communicate the read out on a regular basis.
• Generate the insights to support Consumer Risk Service strategic planning i.e. target setting and initiatives planning.
• Develop the robust analytical platform to support various needs from different CRS E2E teams.
• Partner with the CRS team to understand their needs, and define solutions specifically around Consumer Risk analytics.
• Work with different partners to support CRS presence on regular KPI/budget related meetings.
• Work with DAMA team to support KPI report and read out on monthly basis.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Advanced degree from a quantitative discipline, such as statistics, computer science, operation research and mathematics.
  • Experience analyzing very large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets.
  • Fluent in SQL and relational database such as Oracle and Teradata.
  • Experience in report analysis and development using business intelligence tools such as but not limited to: Tableau, High Charts, Microstrategy, etc.
  • Strong team player with high aptitude and problem solving skills.
  • Experience in Python and Hadoop is a plus

Experience:

  • Master’s degree with 2+ year experience
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ year experience
