The Revenue Operations & Enablement (ROE) organization supports the operational functions essential to Sales and Partners, worldwide. We work collaboratively with teams across sales, sales ops, technology, data & analytics, marketing and other teams which support the sales processes. This position is within the global Inside Sales ROE team, responsible for managing optimal Top of the Funnel (TOF) processes.

Seeking an experienced revenue operations or marketing operations manager who has built a demand generation capability, enabled by technology, processes, data insights and best practices

What you will do:

  • Own the Revenue Operations strategy for Demand Generation, Top of the Funnel activities.
  • Partner with our Marketing teams to create an ideal buyer’s journey, facilitated by our marketing campaigns and enabled by our technology capabilities.
  • Work closely with our Analytics team to develop scoring models, assess performance of lead sources, evaluate ROI.
  • Collaborate with our Technology teams to evaluate, purchase and implement winning tech solutions.
  • Focus on quality and drive continuous improvement efforts across the end-to-end processes supporting Demand Generation.
  • Define KPIs and outcome-based success metrics to optimize the Demand Generation functions.
  • Ensure alignment is maintained across the numerous stakeholder organizations within PayPal that support Demand Generation (i.e. Marketing, Analytics, Technology, Sales, Customer Success and more).

Requirements

  • B2B Account Based Marketing (ABM), demand generation or lead generation experience 
  • Strong proficiency in modern marketing technology:
    • CRM (e.g. Salesforce)
    • ABM tech (e.g. 6sense, Engagio, Terminus, Demandbase, Lattice Engines)
    • Data platforms (e.g. LeanData, 6sense, CDP, DMP)
    • Intent Data (e.g. Bombora, Aberdeen, Intensity)
    • Sales & marketing automation (e.g. Outreach, Pardot, Eloqua, Marketo, ExactTarget, Alyce, PFL, Sendoso)
    • Personalization (e.g. Uberflip, Drift, Optimizely, Path Factory)
  • You have experience with B2B account-based marketing and demand generation. You’re well versed in the strategies, tactics and technology used to guide prospects and customers through the funnel.
  • You can manage the big and small picture.  You can develop a strategic roadmap and execute the day-to-day technical tasks.
  • Your organization and project management skills are on-point.  You’re able to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously, with a high attention to detail.
