This is a Relationship Manager role, as part of our Large Enterprise (LE) team based in HongKong. The team has regional responsibility for our HKT markets, namely HongKong, Korea & Taiwan.

The position reports directly to our Director, Large Enterprise, Hong Kong, Korea & Taiwan


Role Responsibilities

  •  Represents, communicates and executes on business strategies for the given territory in aim of achieving assigned quotas/targets
  • Manages merchants' development, business planning, and critical performance drivers
  • Establishes operational plans and performance requirements, resolves the operational issues in partnership with merchants
  • Organises cross functional teams’ engagement with merchants for business success
  • Conduct market research or competitor analysis to identify business opportunities

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in financial services/payments/banking/tech/telco industries
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Expert ability to set priorities and keeping team focused on the important tasks
  • Influencing others and driving the achievement of objectives
  • Experience in e-commerce, online payment, consulting industry is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, MBA or similar degree preferred

  • Translate strategies and business plans into objectives, priorities and specific action plans
  • Develop broad programs and initiatives for performance achievement through driving alignment and synergies with cross partner teams and organisations

Problem Solving

  • Weigh alternatives and considers service and business implications of decisions
  • Monitors operational effectiveness
  • Develops strategies for adjusted courses of action
