A B2B Relationship Manager manages an Account Book of existing Relationships in our sales department. Reaching out to existing clients and managing the relationship with that customer.

Applicants must have a talent for establishing immediate rapport and building trust, leading productive conversations and delivering funding solutions.  The Relationship Manager role requires drive and focus, and a successful RM will leverage their strong relationships in closing his / her deals.

You will proactively assess customer needs and consult on solutions, zeroing in on priorities to maximize Swift’s value to their business and ultimately increasing their customer ROI.  The RM / customer relationship is a key role in our company, expected to elevate accounts from one-time funded businesses to loyal, consistent customers.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
