Manage and assist resolution of high-priority complaints within the APAC region, while maintaining strong regulatory relationships.

1. Interact with regulators and other agencies within region to facilitate the resolution of complaints.

2. Ensure quality of responses to regulatory bodies .

3. Review existing processes to suggest improvements to reduce number of complaints.

4. Provide feedback on issues/gaps identified during review of responses to relevant business areas, as needed.

5. Liaise with functional teams within PayPal (EE, Legal, GGRC) to ensure status of responses, gaps and milestones are communicated and tracked.

6. Other duties as assigned.


Degree qualified

Payments Industry Experience (preferred)

Regulatory compliance knowledge (preferred)

Experience with stakeholder and relationship management

Demonstrated experience with delivery and presentation of materials

Excellent communication skills
