PayPal’s Real Estate & Facilities Team is searching for a Real Estate Analyst that will assist in the development and management of a variety of real estate metrics, assist in the gathering and evaluation of real estate related demographics, assist in organizing and managing the capital planning process, and assist in the development of organizational process guides. The Real Estate Analyst will report directly to the Global Head of Strategy & Standards and will regularly collaborate with Design and Construction, Space Planning, Transaction Management, and Facilities Management on issues related to PayPal’s global portfolio.

  • Assist in the development and management of a variety of real estate metrics for Real Estate & Facilities, including space analytics, capital analytics, leasing analytics, and facilities KPI’s
  • Analyze and review data, including financial, contractual and operational performance
  • Prepare and coordinate presentations to the Real Estate & Facilities team and other key stakeholders to illustrate analytical outcomes
  • Assist in the gathering and evaluation of real estate related demographics to help maximize the efficiency and usefulness of our real estate assets.
  • Research industry best practices to identify key real estate indicators and determine if implementation of those indicators might benefit our processes
  • Assist in the development of process guides for Real Estate & Facilities including design guidelines, standard operating procedures, and process tools.


  • Corporate real estate process knowledge specifically related to construction, space management, transaction management, and facilities management
  • Superior analytical ability to quickly gather facts, perform root cause analysis and draw conclusions 
  • Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with team members, stakeholders, and strong executive presence.
  • Ability to work independently and react quickly in a demanding fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time and balance priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to interact with a diverse mix of individuals and develop solutions to problems
  • Ability to be creative and “think outside the box”
  • Thorough attention to detail

Education Requirements & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Real Estate Development, Construction, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
  • Experience in analytics with a Fortune 500 company, leading consultancy, or other major industry preferred
  • Experience in Real Estate & Facilities preferred
  • Experience in Project Management or Strategy preferred
