PayPal is seeking a Project Manager to join its Global Sales Operations organization.  The position offers the opportunity to join a team focused on designing and implementing process improvement initiatives that align sales efforts to global strategies and increase productivity.

Job Description

PayPal is seeking a Project Manager to join its Global Sales Operations organization.  The position offers the opportunity to join a team focused on designing and implementing process improvement initiatives that align sales efforts to global strategies and increase productivity.


This person will work closely with global stakeholders and the Global Sales Operations Centers of Excellence to ensure appropriate objectives are prioritized and executed across the globe.  Core duties will include:

  • Provide project coordination and management to support initiatives that span multiple global regions and centers of excellence
  • Coordinate change management efforts - including documentation, communication, and training  
  • Drive momentum of each process improvement project on time and under budget
  • Align to a standard project management methodology and centralized project management and communication tools
  • Project planning, documentation, and stakeholder communication

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced team environment
  • Experience with working with cross-functional and remote teams, with the flexibility to work off-hours to accommodate multiple time zones
  • Successful use of standard project management methodology and understanding of sales tools and processes
  • Self-sufficient, self-directed individual who understands the needs of direct and channel sales teams 
  • Proven consistency in project documentation and stakeholder communication
  • Can-do attitude with strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Must be willing to travel (approx. 15%)
