In this role, you will contribute to the overall maturity and evolution of pricing at PayPal. As a Project Manager, Global Pricing Operations, you will be responsible for the global automation with our core pricing systems and processes for the PayPal brand. You will partner with Finance, Product, Marketing, BU, Pricing Operations, Sales and (Salesforce team) to strengthen the pricing controls, procedures and automation surrounding daily pricing execution.


  • Lead PayPal’s global implementation of Salesforce into other adjacent systems (Vendavo, pricing engine, core products, marketing & legal platforms, etc.)
  • Create and manage project plan including tasks, milestones, and dependencies across multiple concurrent efforts.
  • Collaborate with various regional and functional partners to roll-up requirements, objectives, risk areas, key status, mitigation plans and statistics.
  • Gather requirements for pricing policy, guidelines and control requirements from Global, Regional, BU Pricing and Sales and global Salesforce support teams.
  • Define and document the end-to-end business processes and identify where automation and other system improvements can streamline and scale the process.
  • Retire old processes focus teams on continuous compliance improvements and faster pricing execution.
  • Review and test development work for usability as well as meeting business requirements.
  • Drive technical teams to meet project deadlines & ensure bugs are closed in a timely manner.
  • Develop training materials and other change management collateral for launch with users.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Excellent project management and process optimization methodologies (DMAIC, Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Strong facilitation, influencing, and behavioral change management skills including conflict resolution
  • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication up to the senior executive level
  • Experience with different software development methodologies including the agile development methodology such as Scrum, and associated tools like Jira, Rally, etc.
  • Experience in high growth / financial services industry preferred


  • Ability to operate in a highly complex cross-functional matrixed organization structure to drive direction, decision making, and priorities
  • Highly accountable, with ability to independently lead and coordinate complex projects across multiple subject areas.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
