A Program Manager to drive a significant program that enables major change within PayPal. Responsibilities include scope, planning, communication, risk management, program & project management for one or more projects or programs. The program manager will be active across all phases of project delivery from definition to deployment. Programs can span multiple teams, projects, geographic locations, time zones, deliverables, and involve complex technologies.
The right candidate will have the mindset to understand technology, Agile methodologies, change management, and organizational dynamics.

Responsibilities & Traits:

  • Develop, manage and communicate program scope, milestones, dependencies, signoffs, and risk mitigation across programs in a timely manner to appropriate levels and stake holders across geographic locations
  • Has attitude and habits that allow oneself to grow and contribute to programs in a meaningful and autonomous manner 
  • Initiates and maintains relationships with business & technology stakeholders who are primarily both managers and contributors in: architecture, engineering, agile coaching, program management, and design.
  • Monitor, measure and communicate progress to ensure targets meet or exceed goals
  • Lead deep dives on key initiatives through program with key team individuals
  • Ensure that resources are effectively allocated across releases
