The PayPal Developer Experience organization is looking for a collaborative and action-oriented player to join our Business Operations team. This dynamic roll will support a wide range of strategic efforts that will transformational how the organization operates and executes for the future.

Organizational and Operating Discipline

  • Lead the tiger team dedicated to improving our interview process and experience and export through influence this strategic thinking and implementation
  • Manage and refine the process regularly as well as create communication channels to build awareness with participants

Lead annual intern planning, preparation, and onboarding

  • Lead the annual intern cycle within the organization from project definition and selection through offers
  • Partner with parent organization on in headcount budgeting and distribution
  • Lead the intern onboarding plan and experience for the team and synchronize with the organization and company plans related to onboarding, exec welcomes, demos, and hiring decisions

Communications

  • Working in close partnership with the Senior Director of Business Operations, own the development of a variety of organizational communication such as All Hands meeting planning, preparation, and content development; Q&A facilitation and moderation via slido, slack, and other means

Financial Management

  • In close partnership with the Senior Director of Business Operations and Finance, execute on financial strategies and tactics, manage operating budget by balancing risks, opportunities, and investments and support the development of multi-year financial plans that are aligned with overall enterprise financial metrics

Requirements:

  • B.S. or B.A required, MBA degree preferred
  • 2-4 years’ experience in project management, operations or project or product planning, preferably in tech
