We are looking for a production coordinator to join the Creative team at our Stockholm Office. We are on a mission to create a best in class inhouse agency within communication and design and we have now come to a stage where we need help from one more production manager to help us deliver even more great things. You will work closely with the production team, but the role requires you to be self-motivated and take ownership of projects from start to end, from receiving briefs, planning the work, to make sure delivery is made on time and according to specifications. 

The skills you need to succeed

  • Be highly organised and structured, solutions-oriented, self-motivated, and meticulous in keeping track of the nitty-gritty details.

  • Be able to skilfully cooperate with project stakeholders, and be their go-to person for updates on production details, progress reports, change requests etc. 

  • Be both determined and diplomatic while juggling multiple projects and demands.

  • Setting up briefs for projects- receiving, reviewing and organising incoming project requests for creative team

  • Planning - timings for productions, assigning roles & responsibilities within the project, outlining milestone dates, ensuring production is on schedule

  • Facilitating - ensuring reviews, feedback and approvals are checked and received throughout production between creative team, road manager and stakeholders

  • Prioritisation - setting workflow for team members based on types & number of projects, deliverables and timings

  • Final assets - ensuring all final produced assets are delivered and uploaded to an accessible directory 

Bonus

  • Previous work at an agency, communication and/or design

  • Experience working within the Technology and/or FinTech sector

  • Fluent in English​
