We are seeking an Product Risk Governance Senior Analyst to manage the Issue Management Program across Customer Experience (CE) organization at PayPal.

The person we are seeking must be self-motivated and have proven experience influencing and communicating effectively across all levels of the company, from individual business unit managers to executive management. He or she should have proven ability to build relationships/partnerships and work cross-functionally to drive time sensitive deliverables, issues tracking and reporting.

The Product Risk Governance Senior Analyst will be responsible for executing and managing the following areas across the Customer Experience organization:

  • Issue Management
    • Drive efficiency and consistency in issue management process across 8 business units, provide issue management reporting at BU level, conduct QA on issue documentation and process issues, ensure timely updates and management of remediation plans
    • Managing and maintaining the integrity and consistency of the open pages entries
    • Ensure that issue management process ties in with current processes for bug fixes, critical incidents, business mandatory prioritization, core planning process
    • Triage incoming issues by determining appropriate stakeholders to be involved
    • Maintain centralized issue management tracker and manage backlog
    • Document and manage current portfolio of issues and pass ownership into BU teams or Policy Programs as required
    • QA and oversight of issues and management action plans
    • Develop standard operating procedures and templates as needed for the process
    • Generate monthly dashboard reporting

  • Support special projects and initiatives: special projects vary from strategic initiatives to day to day operations.  Support needs will vary by project and will require strong analytical and problem solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
