This Product Manager will lead a dedicated and passionate group of developers and designers to evolve PayPal’s customer account experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and launch innovative experiences that will shape how people save, spend and manage their money in PayPal
  • Understand PayPal’s strategic and competitive position in the market to develop a global product strategy and roadmap 
  • Identify, design, experiment and iterate on initiatives leveraging usability testing, data and market research
  • Define and analyze key performance metrics to support and inform product decisions
  • Develop an engaging product that drives activation and adoption for new users as well as retention and engagement for existing users
  • Collaborate with global cross-functional team to develop, market and launch product globally
  • Use A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies and competitive analysis to drive decision making

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of consumer web or mobile product management experience
  • Strong sense for visual design and detail
  • History of executing in fast-paced, high-growth, uncertain environments
  • Deep empathy and appreciation for user needs
  • Comfortable using data and analytics to inform product decisions
  • Ability to lead cross-functional groups and drive action

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with consumer applications and consumer financial services
  • MBA degree or advanced technical degree is a plus
