Xoom is looking for a Product Manager in its Guatemala City office to join our team, and help us deliver the next generation of international money services.

  • Partner with other Product Managers, UX Leads, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to bring best-in-class experiences to life
  • Define features, help set priorities, and specify requirements for Development and QA teams to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery
  • Ensure Customer Support and Operational Teams have all the tools they need to provide superior support to our customers and to the partners Xoom depends on for its success
  • Sell the vision behind your product proposals to project teams, business stakeholders, and company executives
  • Heighten Xoom’s overall understanding of the tools and applications our Support and Operations team use to run our business
  • Continuously analyze user metrics, usability studies, market research, and competitive information to report on the success-of and to enhance Xoom’s operational practices
