Primary role/responsibilities​:

  • Performing customer and competitive research to understand the needs of users in the given segment
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Merchant Product colleagues to identify the most important priorities
  • Work with the Product, User Experience Design and Engineering to develop solutions to help define and deliver new solutions


  • Communication - Strong communication and problem solving skills to understand the global needs of different customers. Identify solution(s) and formulate a plan to address
  • Collaboration - be proactive and engage colleagues across organizational boundaries to clarify the vision and articulate a practical path to make it real
  • Technical competence – have a baseline understanding of invoicing and/or payments and eagerness to learn each day about our products and underlying technologies
  • Independent thinker – effective at working on both group and individual tasks
  • Leadership – prior leadership experience (e.g. athletics, club, work, social group)
  • preference will be given to students pursuing a degree in business, economics, computer science or related fields
