The Product Development Manager for Collections is responsible for leading teams of engineers to efficiently develop high quality, high performing secure applications used by Global Operations teammates to collect debt. The Development Manager has direct management of engineers with skills in multiple software engineering disciplines and oversight of onshore and offshore contracted workers. The Development Manager supports both tactical and strategic relationships with IT partners, technology and contracting vendors, suppliers, internal and external business partners.
