Growth (product area) is looking for a product designer who will help scale our business while staying in tune with customer needs. As a growth product designer at iZettle, you will be part of a group of collaborative, smart and fun colleagues within product, engineering, analytics and marketing, all focused on actively identifying and driving high-impact outcomes.

What you will do:

  • You will be part of a cross-functional team and own the design process together with a partner designer.
  • You will explore strategic opportunities based on quantitative and qualitative insights, and work to fill in the gaps when research is missing.
  • You will generate multiple hypotheses to customer problems, ranging from small optimisations to innovation of the user experience.
  • Together with developers and data analysts, you’ll scope, design, build and analyse experiments focused on moving our key metrics.
  • You will play a key role as an ambassador for growth, continually sharing learnings and experiment results to the area, stakeholders, and the rest of the organisation.
  • You will contribute to improving the experimentation process based on team needs and learnings, and scale the experimentation way of working across the organisation.

Who you are:

  • You know how to balance business growth and customer problems, and care deeply about the measurable impact of your work.
  • You make decisions based on evidence and love making incremental improvements which lead to larger impact. 
  • You have experience analysing your designs by interpreting both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • You are creative and courageous, constantly up for challenging the status quo.
  • You thrive in uncertainty, ready to shift direction quickly when we learn something new.
  • You understand how to de-risk a design, and have a good understanding for how much design is enough to ship.
  • You are a design generalist, and comfortable working in the entire design process; from user research, to concept development, wireframing, prototyping and testing, all the way to final UI. 
  • Reflecting on, and improving, the team’s processes is something you naturally engage in every day.
