We are seeking an experienced Product Analyst, who will be a key partner to product managers to help inform product decisions. You will design and build out product metrics dashboards, quantify potential impact of product ideas/enhancements, support OKR development and tracking, assist with designing experiments, and help the product management organization be more metrics focused and draw valuable insights from data.

We are seeking an experienced Product Analyst, who will be a key partner to product managers to help inform product decisions. You will design and build out product metrics dashboards, quantify potential impact of product ideas/enhancements, support OKR development and tracking, assist with designing experiments, and help the product management organization be more metrics focused and draw valuable insights from data.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and automate product dashboards to help assess platform KPI and OKR metrics with a focus on continuous improvement provide insights at scale.

• Conduct ad hoc data analysis to help product managers make product and business decisions related to business case development and post release assessments.

• Quantify potential impact of product ideas or potential enhancements

• Support product in building hypothesis-driven experiments (e.g. A/B testing); make clear, coherent and holistic recommendations based on test results

• Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders, creating visual displays of quantitative information.

• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and operational teams

• Be a thought leader in the data and product teams around experimentation and product insights

Minimum Qualifications:

• Background in applied math, computer science, statistics, finance or related technical field, and 4+ years of industry experience

• Extensive experience with relational databases and SQL

• Prior experience with data cleaning and modeling

• Excellent data communication and story telling ability

• Must have the ability to succeed in a matrix environment, where success is dependent on your ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners in a positive, productive, and transparent way.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced SQL is preferred

• Prior experience with product behavior and funnel data preferred

• Experience deriving and presenting insights from data analyses to product and/or business leaders

• Familiarity with Customer service platforms, customer journey modeling, and associated tools
