•Provide analytical insights to the Global Pricing team and identify opportunities to drive leverage through pricing •Perform deep dive analytics including Cohort analysis, Pre-Post analysis, Sensitivity analysis, Refund analysis, Compliance and audit analysis, merchant pricing reports, and other Ad-hoc exercises as required •Develop business-friendly reporting tools and dashboards to monitor trends, track KPIs and provide visibility to stakeholders •Develop financial models to articulate the value of new initiatives, changes to existing initiatives and process improvements Job Requirements Looking for a talented individual with business insights generation experience, a strong quantitative background, superior modeling skills and familiarity addressing problems through fact based and scientific analysis. Must have top notch analytical skills, including the ability to query large data sets and synthesize into easy to absorb recommendations. A logical thought process and a strategic vision with attention to detail is a must. Ideal candidate should have solid SQL (Teradata preferred) and Excel skills and be comfortable working with data visualization tools such as Tableau or QlikView. Bachelor’s degree (BS preferred) in a quantitative or business-oriented field required, Master’s degree or equivalent preferred. Must have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in analytics and/or modeling. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a big plus.
