This position is part of the FLOD Internal Control COE organization. As a Policy and Procedure Documentation Analyst, your primary responsibilities will be to assist business unit in China in creating procedural Documentation while maintaining existing Documentation that ensures alignment to Corporate Compliance, Operational Risk, and Regulatory criteria. The Documentation Analyst will support various enterprise projects and will communicate at all levels of the organization providing project status to the development of Documentation strategy and standardization In addition, the role will assist Enterprise Risk Compliance Management with requests from Internal Audit and various regulators to support or remediation.

Responsibility:

  • Author and update Documentation based on requests submitted via business units;
  • Review and maintain all global procedural requests via an online tool to determine prioritization, assignment, relevance and follow-up;
  • Reformat/rewrite existing procedural content into Documentation Team editorial standards including the approved structured format;
  • Assess existing procedural Documentation and make recommendations for improvement;
  • Work closely with curriculum developers to ensure that procedures integrate into training materials developed for Enterprise Services;
  • Engage in feedback review of all Documentation drafted within the Documentation Team, as appropriate;
  • Troubleshoot issues with content development by communicating with the requestor and SME;
  • Collaborate with business and COE leadership concerning the publication and communication of Documentation;
  • Lead and engage in multiple meetings with various groups, including but not limited to Policy, Legal, Business Channels, Training, PI/PM, Enterprise Services Leadership etc;
  • Serve as a champion for the Documentation Framework to: ensure consistency, clearly articulate processes, educate others, and enforce Documentation standards;
  • Work with various Business Unit individuals (SMEs) to determine current standard practices and create comprehensive procedure documents;
  • Develop an understanding of the overall scope of assignments, by utilizing Documentation provided by the requestor such as Process Maps, Flow Charts, Policy, product user guide, business requirements description, etc;
  • Maintain, develop, and socialize DOCUMENTATION reporting/usage with business units.


Job Requirements:

  • BS/BA Degree or educational equivalent;
  • 3+ years professional related experience;
  • Strong analytical, cross-referencing and deductive reasoning skills;
  • Self-motivated. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and work effectively under the pressure of deadlines;
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and proven organizational skills;
  • Ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with co-workers and other business units;
  • Fast learning, strong extraction summarizing ability;
  • Solid communication skills, excellent writing, oral & presentation skills;
  • Good English in oral and written skills. Ability to work in a global team;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Visio, familiar with Excel, Power Point, Publisher, etc;
  • Knowledge or project experience on fraud/risk/AML/BSA financial related industry is a plus.
