We are looking for an experienced Payroll Stock Analyst to work effectively in a multi-functional, multi-cultural environment, who is open to change and will embrace the challenges that arise in a fast-moving environment! You will be responsible for payroll processing for stock transactions and mobility (ExPat and Relocation) for the US, Canada and Latin America. Some support of stock processes on a global basis will be required. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a team while growing your experience and exposure in global stock processing and mobility, with the potential for diverse project support for emerging countries.


  • Stock payroll processing for vesting events throughout the year
  • Ensure all equity transactions are captured and processed within the pay periods
  • Mobility payroll processing based on inputs from mobility outsource partner
  • Monitor & process changes to ESPP employee participation
  • Submit and/or monitor uploads of E*TRADE stock files to payroll vendor
  • Provide support in the administration of the Employee Stock programs
  • Assist in resolving employee questions related to the administration of the employee stock programs and payroll impacts
  • Work with auditors for quarterly reviews, year-end audits, as well as ensuring that tight internal controls are in place and procedures are followed to satisfy periodic review of compliance with effective internal controls
  • Support quarter and year end processes
  • Schedule, facilitate and participate in payroll-related meetings and presentations
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to internal and external agencies and local government authorities
  • Interact directly with third parties and tax authorities for issue resolution
  • Create and maintain control documentation, process flows and procedures
  • Partner with Stock and Mobility functions to ensure consistent and accurate flow of information
  • Work with external providers regarding specific payroll treatment for employees e.g. expatriate, international assignments & equity
  • Ensure a consistent focus and involvement in driving efficiencies and process improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned

    Education and Experience Requirements


  • 5+ years of payroll and equity experience with a public company
  • Broad experience with a range of equity compensation instruments and plans, including stock options, RSUs and ESPPs
  • Significant experience in mobility payroll processing role.
  • FPC or CPP desirable, but not necessary
  • Experience working with ADP or SAP, Workday and Kronos
  • High degree of professionalism and compassion
  • Service minded
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Decision-making, problem-solving and analytical abilitie
  • Strong Excel skills


  • Salesforce case tracking experience
  • ADP Globalview and Streamline experience
