What does Success Look Like?

In this role you will be reporting to the Director of PayPal UK SMB, working closely with the other members of the UK SMB team and collaborating with various cross-functional teams throughout PayPal. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Being on top of our business performance and keeping stakeholders (up to board level) informed by reporting KPIs, developing business dashboards and performing ad hoc analysis
  • Working closely with the product, sales and marketing team leads to ensure successful execution of their strategies
  • Being the team’s ‘voice of to the customer’ by analysing customer experiences and needs through direct customer interaction, interviews, user research and/or other customer interaction models
  • Interfacing with our customer support teams to ensure that customer issues are escalated and resolved as efficiently as possible
  • Helping us win the UK market by supporting the development and execution of the go-to-market strategy and 2019 strategic plans for PayPal SMB in the UK

You Must Also Have:

  • Masters of Business or similar degree completed or partially completed
  • Demonstrable experience in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis
  • Experience with SQL is an advantage
  • Be available for 6 months starting end of January or early February.
