• Payments Platform performance, products and engineering • Relationship with the payment ecosystem: Bank, Acquirers, Gateways, Associations and Regulator • New payment products and strategic partnerships

• Create, measure and suggest improvements to Card and Bank Platform KPIs focusing on improving day-to-day operations.
• Support the local Head of Payments on specific projects with both Acquirers and Financial Partners in order to keep a positive relationship with them and foster new business initiatives
• Partner with local and global teams to support the day-to-day operations
Tasks (not limited to):
• Create measurable KPI’s that guide decision making for the Card and Bank Platform
• Track specific KPI´s and monitor effectiveness of Card and Bank Platform
• Suggest improvements to current processes
• Track of local and global industry environment
• Monitor operations and chargeback processes with our domestic partners
• Keep track on several project execution
• Partner with our Customer Service and Sales team to support on problems related with daily operations
• Manages the partner contracts and business relationship going forward
• Cross Functional activities (legal, operations, technology, finance, commercial, etc)
• Constant Business Development
• Support the coordination of regional planning and roadmap
• Support enhancements of end-to-end customer experiences with local payments products (funds in/out)
• Provide analytic and market insights for transaction expense optimization
Qualifications and Requirements
• Graduate in:
o Industrial / Mechanical Engineering
o Business Administration / Finance
o Computer Engineering
• Passionate about
o Technological developments
o Big Data & Analytics
o Payments
• Strong analytical background & proven project management experience
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial & self-driven personality
• Flexibility to work in dynamic, task & result driven environment
• Both oral and written communication skills
• Languages:
o English (mandatory) and Spanish
