The Role
We’re excited to announce a new opening in Edinburgh for the role of Partnerships Manager. As a key member of the UK Local Partnerships team you will be directly responsible for driving revenue through acquisition, enablement and management of local partners.
Responsibilities
Develop channel partnerships to drive customer acquisition at scale, from identification to rollout
Manage existing partners for measurable success on an ongoing basis, including coordination of training, demand generation activities, tracking performance metrics, resolving technical issues and positioning iZettle/PayPal as their partner of choice
Work across multiple internal stakeholders to ensure support for the growth of the different partnerships
Project manage partner expansion initiatives and promotions from design through to deployment to secure greater transaction volume, expansion of iZettle merchant base and foster relationship growth
We think you have:
Relevant work experience in a partner management role
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, relationship building abilities, high commercial acumen
Driven, entrepreneurial, action-oriented
Comfortable with ambiguity, working in a fast-paced, always-on, scale-up environment
Willingness to take ownership and deliver results, irrespective of internal and external obstacles
We would be impressed if you have:
Experience in a B2B fintech company or in the payments industry
Knowledge of the UK small business ecosystem
