We are looking for a highly skilled, digital savvy Partner Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and delivering core marketing programmes and campaigns to drive the acquisition and activation of merchants through PayPal’s growing partner network. Working closely with the regional team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting and making a success of this major growth area for PayPal.

Core Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute a scalable partner marketing programme that provides structured, tiered marketing support for different partner categories
  • Proactively work with strategic partners to undertake joint marketing activities ranging from online marketing campaigns through to events, PR and collateral production
  • Create, manage and execute the end to end channel marketing plan including all tracking and reporting of performance
  • Develop all supporting partner communications including partner packs and development of communications to support the partner programme.
  • Own the channel marketing budget and be responsible for managing spend in order to drive optimal investment.
  • Work with product teams to ensure all product roadmap developments are incorporated into ongoing partner propositions and communications
  • Be responsible for driving cross functional engagement and raising the profile of the partner programme across the PayPal business

Skills And Experience


  • minimum of 4 years’ marketing communications experience, preferably within B2B, technology focused/ecommerce organisations
  • minimum of 2 years’ demonstrable partner marketing experience
  • Strong track record of delivering integrated marketing communications programmes that have delivered demonstrable ROI
  • Experience of managing complex/multi-tiered partner programmes preferable but not essential
