The Partner Integrated Marketing Manager will support the execution of integrated campaigns across the PayPal product portfolio and be the voice of the global partner audience segment. As part of the Global Brand team, you will play a central role with Product Marketing, Channel Partner teams, Go-To-Market (GTM) and Channel leads to orchestrate end to end marketing strategy and plans for key product and campaign launches. This person has B2B experience across multiple marketing communications disciplines, including channel marketing, and can toggle seamlessly between the importance of the PayPal brand values and our products.


  • Support integrated marketing process and facilitate execution of multi-platform multi-country plans along the cohesive customer journey from brand strategy through to merchant messaging and touchpoints
  • Conduct market trend research and data analysis to inform internal briefs to cross-disciplinary marketing teams, ensuring plans champion the partner end customer, leverage the brand promise, and are tied to business objectives
  • Liaise with Global Product Marketing and GTM teams and map merchant customer insights, trends, the PayPal brand insights, audience segmentation and the competitive landscape in planning discussions
  • Key driver in support of the strategic marketing planning process tracking key milestones & deliverables from briefing to creative development, research and reporting cadence
  • Drive key marketing metrics across channels establishing KPIs that align to business objectives and budgets
  • Work with the channel marketing owners and regional integrated marketing teams to best leverage campaigns and ensure consistent end to end customer experience and roll up summary and wrap up reports.


  • Strong strategic/analytical, well-versed in channel, media and brand KPIs/metrics
  • 7+ years B2B marketing experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Demonstrated marketing mix strategy experience across brand management, media, multi-touch channels
  • Proven ability to work with product marketing counterparts and grasp product development
  • Experience as Agency Planner or in Marketing with payments or financial services a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fluid environment.
