1)Project Management – able to create detailed project plan, taking into account time and resource constraints; able to organize a project, aligning resources and stakeholders; own the implementation of the project, accounting for people, process, organization and technology impact
2)Process Design and Improvement – work with other team members to evaluate current APAC Operations processes and structures to determine usability in future state; review existing processes for improvement opportunities; design appropriate solution and make appropriate recommendations; work with APAC MS tea,, including regional partners (internal and external), along with global counterparts on the appropriate structure design
3)Business analysis – work with other team members to understand KPI and performance, and deep dive to identify root cause per business needs

This role is regional role, would need to work on efforts across APAC and engage with global partners to define, drive and deliver various projects and initiatives with work in conjunction with cross functional team to understand the business needs. 
Responsible for managing/leading the project implementation, using strong project management methodologies and tools to ensure the work remains on track.  This includes keeping stakeholders updated and informed as well as making adjustments to the project given business priorities.
Expert at interpreting multiple sources of data  and have good data acumen to analyze data to drive insights and actions to support business.
