As the Enterprise Marketing Manager for Northern Europe, you will be responsible for marketing across PayPal’s Enterprise segment in the following countries: Sweden, Norway, Finland, Danmark, Belgium, Netherlands, Ireland & Luxemburg. You will drive marketing strategy and operational execution in alignment with Sales, and Product, and will own PayPal’s Enterprise portfolio marketing performance across those markets.

Enterprise Marketing Manager Northern Europe  (m/f/d)

The Role

As the Marketing Manager for Northern Europe, you will be responsible for marketing across PayPal’s Enterprise segment in that region. You will drive marketing strategy and operational execution in alignment with Sales, and Product, and will own PayPal’s Enterprise portfolio marketing performance across Northern Europe.


  • Responsible for driving PayPal’s Enterprise in the Northern Europe markets positioning, preference, and marketing sourced pipeline/revenue performance. Build marketing programs that target key enterprise accounts, drive strong value propositions, and position PayPal as a payments and commerce thought leader in the region.
  • Think and act both strategically and tactically - from the market level strategies to creation of plans, to the execution, and analysis of business impact.
  • Work with our partners in sales, product, customer success, comms, and analytics to track the effectiveness of our campaigns in a timely manner.
  • Partner with our sales leaders in the region to prioritize support of existing merchant portfolio and support of new business pipeline
  • Demonstrated ability to define clear, measurable strategies and follow-through to implementation and measurement. ​


  • Several years marketing experience in Enterprise B2B, with direct experience in at least some of the relevant markets
  • Growth marketing mindset and experience
  • Ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere
  • Comfort working with cross-functional groups and sales leadership
  • Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Flexible and able to operate in a changing environment
  • Strong and effective communicator

  • Fluent English required. Fluency in one or more of the local language a plus
