The Performance Enablement Developer supporting the NICE Performance Management tool (NPM) and Teammates Incentive Plan (TIP) is responsible for project management and development of the NPM tool as well as ongoing support of our global TIP plans. Typical responsibilities supporting NPM to include completing discovery on various projects, building data integrations, dashboard and form development and UAT testing. Supporting tasks for TIP plans includes back up support of various reporting outputs, analysis and any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the team’s leader. This position requires having an in-depth understanding of the business along with strong resourcefulness, good judgment, persistence and a very strong work ethic. In addition, the ideal candidate must be flexible in their responsibilities as priorities and workload spikes may impact their day to day activities.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

  • Project manage all NPM initiatives
  • Build DICE ETL processes and other integration tasks in support of the NPM tool
  • Create and maintain NPM metrics, dashboards, forms and workflows
  • Complete and document all NPM discovery items
  • Troubleshoot any technical issues with the NPM tool
  • Performance tune NPM to ensure the system is running as efficiently as possible
  • Become a subject matter expert on NPM, TIP plans and our target setting processes
  • Deliver training to business unit leaders on any of the team’s core responsibilities detailed above
  • Provide support to TIP developers to ensure weekly TIP reports are updated to accurately capture relevant data points
  • Build strong relationships with global functions and business partners across the organization
  • Participate in special projects as needed and perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 years of experience developing NICE Performance Manager. 
  • Experience handling multiple projects under pressure.  Project management and attention to detail are essential skills needed to be successful in this position.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft systems (Excel, Word, Powerpoint). Experience using various data mining and analytical tools is a plus (Access/SQL).
  • Experience manipulating large amounts of data for analytical projects and translating that data into sound business information.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable doing research and skills building autonomously.
  • Related industry experience in call center or operations environment a plus.

  • Skilled in focusing on desired results, determining what is important and urgent, clarifying next steps, and prioritizing work effectively to meet deadlines and achieve desired results.

  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies.
  • Skilled at building and enhancing customer relationships.  Ability to understand our customer’s business and how to apply changes through NPM or the TIP program to support their needs.
  • Capable of adhering to the highest ethical standards including honesty, integrity, dedication, and leadership.
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information required.
