Site Support Assistant: Responsible for assisting Events Manager in the planning/prep/execution of PayPal events in the New York office both internal and external, in alignment with events at PayPal headquarters. Expense report reconciliation, vendor relation management, and office calendar management

Site Support Assistant Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assisting Events Manager in the planning/prep/execution of PayPal events in the New York office both internal and external, in alignment with events at PayPal headquarters.

    • Offsite Meetings
    • Health/Wellness Fairs, Flu Shot Screenings, etc. 
    • Partner Events
    • Media Events
    • Community Outreach
    • Fireside Chats
    • LMS Management
    • All Hands
  • Works closely with Events Manager, Facilities and remote EA’s with event day assistance, manageing VP offices and conference room scheduling.
  • Provide support for other business units as needed.
  • Create and distribute weekly office newsletter.
  • Greeting Visitors, candidates and VIP’s with friendly, welcoming & helpful demeanor.
  • Expense report reconciliation
  • Organize outgoing packages/mail/deliveries.
  • Office calendar management including assisting with booking rooms for visitors and internal employees, including VIPs meetings as needed.
  • Help support Facilities team with vendor relationships/communications/office and janitorial supply ordering
  • Order event supplies as directed
