Join a team of mobility and rewards professionals that support the global business by managing temporary assignments, indefinite relocations, global immigration and rewards program. Act as a Mobility & Rewards partner to regional HR and management by providing detailed analysis, expert advice and sound recommendations.

Global Mobility:

Provide consulting and guidance on complex mobility issues, analyze data and provide sound recommendations. Counsel relocating employees on complex mobility issues. Work with external service partners on immigration, relocation, international assignments and business travel cases to ensure timely processing, issue resolution for a seamless end to end mobility experience.

Assist with Global Mobility administrative functions, special projects and operational optimization initiatives.  Support program requirements such as: cost projection, policy consultation and administration, assignment documentation, coordination of international immigration support, supplier management, and facilitation of intercompany chargebacks, purchase orders, billing and invoicing.

Maintain Global Mobility Team’s content on company’s intranet. Maintain international assignment data in HR system (Workday). Perform a variety of complex technical and project related duties for the Global Mobility function.  Plan and assist with implementation of Global Mobility programs, new vendors and systems & data flow between third-party providers.

Participate in training to Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, HR business partners and vendors regarding the company’s relocation  and immigration policies, practices and processes. Build and maintain successful relationships with external suppliers and global stakeholders within PayPal. 

Rewards:

Work with the global Rewards teams to balance local, regional and industry norms within the generally consistent global C&B framework. Identify opportunities to improve Rewards programs - diagnose gaps between current and desired states and deploy actions to resolve those gaps, shaping the decision-making process and influencing stakeholders as appropriate. Design and deploy innovative benefit programs that meets the needs of the organization and places PayPal as an employer of choice. Support the Talent Acquisition team with job requisitions and offer escalations. Support the annual bonus, salary and equity planning cycles within the region

Job Requirements: 

  • Demonstrated experience in international mobility policy and process; with a track record of realizing continuous improvement, innovation and efficiency in Global Mobility Programs.
  • Prior experience utilizing analytical skills, including demonstrated data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors, etc. and the ability to interact effectively at all levels of management, within the company. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to exchange information and present ideas, report facts and other information in a strategic, clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, by prioritizing and recognizing tasks and situations which require a sense of urgency.
  • Creative problem solver, perceptive, agile and detail oriented.
  • Global Mobility experience within a multi-national hi-tech company is a plus.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years related work experience; - 1-3 years of previous experience in global immigration, tax and/or relocation services at a fast paced, growing company and a minimum of 2-3 years of analytical, coordination or client service experience in the broader mobility area.
  • Strong customer-focus - excellent customer service and maintain high standards for all work performed
  • Experience with systems implementation of Global Mobility programs, new vendors and system data flow between third-party providers is a huge plus.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to use sound judgment to drive complex issues to resolution and influence others to achieve results.
  • Analytically driven and fluent with data-driven analysis.
  • Discretion, sense of confidentiality

Education:  Bachelor’s Degree preferred
