• Support the Senior Manager of the Enterprise Risk and Compliance Framework (ERCF) in drafting and/or revising Enterprise Risk and Compliance Management Policies and Procedures (P&P). • Develop and maintain an internal P&P inventory and management system to identify and document changes in Risk and Compliance Management P&P, ensure changes are applied across all P&P (where applicable), ensure consistency (language, content, and format) across all P&P documentation, and track P&P for refresh and approval requirements. • Develop and maintain ERCF tools and templates. • Prepare materials to facilitate communication of changes to the ERCMP infrastructure to ensure awareness and formally assess and socialize impacts on the organization. • Facilitate and organize training, forums, and other meetings with the Risk and Compliance Officers and Internal Control Partners to ensure a comprehensive understanding of Program standards throughout the Company. Responsible for administrative aspects of such meetings, such as scheduling, attendance recording, and formalization and distribution of Meeting Minutes. • Support the Senior Manager of the ERCF in the execution and management of key ERCMP initiatives. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Program Management Office to update project plans and providing status updates, owning and completing key tasks, following up with key players as necessary, and other tasks as required. • Support the Senior Manager of the ERCF in the preparation of materials for audit, exam, and regulatory inquiries. • Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

 Ability to self-manage and perform day-to-day responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and manage to deadlines without requiring constant oversight.

• Background/experience in Risk and Compliance Management Framework.

• Ability to interface with business, risk, and compliance stakeholders.

• Strong written skills to draft formal documentation and implementation plans.

• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).

• Advanced analytical, cross-referencing and deductive reasoning skills.

• Excellent project management, organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrating a high level of professional judgment, commitment, integrity and teamwork.

• Ability to quickly adapt to internal policies, procedures, systems and software.

• Knowledge and understanding of all basic Microsoft Office and computer applications, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio.

Education and Experience:

•6+ years of experience in risk, regulatory compliance, or audit.

• Bachelor’s degree and knowledge of the financial services compliance or regulatory environment is required.
