With that, we are excited to say we’re hiring! We are actively seeking a Merchant Operations Specialist to join the Revenue Team in our Santa Barbara office.

Merchant Operations is a support mechanism within Honey whose primary responsibility is to support Honey’s merchants and products while being innovative, solution-oriented and always working to deliver the best merchant and user experience possible. We provide operational support to all of Honey’s merchants, ensuring our users and merchants are provided with a world-class experience. We do this by working closely with and supporting internal teams at Honey and by acting as the first touchpoint, where we support processes from setting up stores to mitigating merchant issues (termination, rejection, cancellation, migration etc) in order to capture additional revenue. 

What You’ll Do: 
  • Support initiatives and special projects led by Merchant Operations Manager
  • Analyze store performance to detect issues 
  • Investigate store checkout issues, gaps in tracking, and managing coupon sources
  • Manage all tracking link creation, migration, upkeep and removal to support Honey’s monetization effort
  • Manage prospecting emails and portray the value of Honey to Merchants, the start of the client journey 
  • Troubleshoot coupon code and sale ingestion and determine solutions for optimal ingestion and display
  • Provide support to the outsourced Deals Team
  • Identify process improvement, workflow operations, and complete new projects and audits as they arise
  • Consistently deliver on short term and long term deadlines 
     
About You:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business
