We have an exciting opening for a high performing marketing professional reporting to the Head of Business Marketing to develop and deliver integrated marketing and communications programs to drive growth in the UK SMB segment – with a focus our mobile point of sale product, PayPal Here. You will have an excellent understanding of SMB customers and their needs as well as a deep understanding of the different digital & broadcast marketing channels that are relevant to this segment, including Search, SEO, Display marketing as well as 3rd party partner channels.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive acquisition and growth of the PayPal SMB business – primarily the PayPal Here business line.
  • Create and deliver engaging and compelling propositions to drive acquisition across the different acquisition channels including online, retail and partner and cross sell across owned channels – working with creative agencies to deploy cut-through and high impact marketing communications.
  • Product Lifecycle communications - identify opportunities to increase adoption and usage of the card reader with the existing customer base and develop and execute strategies against them.
  • Manage and oversee campaigns using paid channels, including optimizing the PayPal Here marketing budget
  • UK Marketing lead on Cross Functional Go to Market projects for new product and feature launches as required, including the iZettle integration in the UK.
  • Drive and report performance metrics to maximise campaign & business ROI
  • Play a broader role in the UK Marketing team, contributing to best practice and team development.
  • Support additional projects as required to drive growth from our merchant base.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Experience gained in a position such as a Senior SMB Marketing Manager, Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Senior Product Marketing Manager, Senior Proposition Development Manager, Senior Campaign Manager or similar.
  • Experience to have included marketing campaign management, agency management, budget / commercial management, presentation skills, team / stakeholder management, product management.
