We are looking for a stellar growth Marketing Manager to drive bottom line growth, by bringing challenging ideas, and passionately executing them.

You will be directly responsible for delivering aggressive business results. Xoom remains ahead of any competitor, and we intend to stay that way. Innovative ideas are the engine that keeps us moving, and we’re looking for you to help us keep that engine running. You need to think like a CEO, be wired into business results, communicate in numbers and clearly present to leadership.


Build and manage Xoom global Referral Program and internal cross-company consumer acquisition growth

Drive exponential global growth on customer acquisition, on both programs

Design, lead implementation and analyze operation of product-embedded major consumer facing global Referral Program and cross-company programs

Analyze, recommend and lead implementation of network improvement initiatives

Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results

Present findings and conclusions to leadership

Earn the confidence of the leadership team by demonstrating success in the plans you deploy, and being articulate in your analysis and forecasting


Strong understanding of multicultural consumers with relevant marketing experience to ethnic markets

Proven experience delivering bottom line results

Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal)

Able to back up recommendations using data

Very strong results orientation

High standards of excellence and attention to detail

Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills

Intellectually curious and driven by results

Basic Qualifications:

5 + years of marketing experience in online consumer service, financial service industry and/or packaged goods

Bachelor’s Degree
