We are looking for a stellar Marketing Manager, Europe to drive bottom line growth, by bringing challenging ideas, and passionately executing them.

Responsibilities:

  • Launch Xoom service in UK and Europe
  • Drive exponential growth on all remittance corridors from UK and Europe, providing local insights in terms of value proposition and marketing channels
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Xoom and PayPal Europe Marketing teams, as well as our media agencies, Territory Managers, Digital, CRM, Brand, Business Development, PR, Customer Service, Risk, Product, Legal, and Analytics
  • Develop and execute new customer activation plans and retention tactics, within budget
  • Report on business findings, insights and provide business recommendations and work with the marketing leads on the marketing plans for the region
  • Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results
  • Lead the detailed media planning budget and execution

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of multicultural media and consumers with relevant marketing experience to immigrant communities
  • Demonstrate delivering a forecast within budget  with proven experience delivering bottom line results
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal)
  • Able to back up recommendations using data
  • High standards of excellence and attention to detail
  • Intellectually curious and driven by results
