Co-Marketing for Northern Europe (Ireland, Benelux, and the Nordics) sits within the Western Europe Marketing team. The Marketing Intern will work closely with the Co-Marketing Manager for Northern Europe, supporting in managing campaigns that drive new user acquisition or boost engagement of current PayPal users in the region, mainly through co-marketing campaigns and partnerships with our merchants. This role is based in PayPal’s Stockholm office.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Insights and Competitive Intelligence: You will assist in adding to and enriching our local insights and market research, including consumer surveys, brand ranking reports, internal data, competitive benchmarks, and trends in digital marketing and advertising. 
  • Engagement and Acquisition Campaign Support: project management, production, content review, and results tracking for the main campaigns in the region.
  • Partnerships: you will also get the chance to lead 2-3 partnership negotiations for the region, shaping co-branded initiatives that benefit both PayPal and the partner brand.
  • Partner for Local Sales Team: work hand-in-hand with the local sales team in Stockholm, understanding the current business trends and issues and highlighting sales priorities to the regional marketing team.     

Job requirements:

  • Passion for digital marketing and customer insights.
  • Collaborative, eager to work in an international environment and across multiple teams.
  • Good communication skills, able to liaise with stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Very organized and strong attention to detail.
  • Good analytical skills, comfortable with numbers.
  • Autonomous, able to develop proposals for new initiatives.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish.
