PayPal is seeking a Marketing E2E QA role to join the Marketing Compliance First Line of Defense (FLOD) team to assist in day-to-day QA validation of all aspects of our marketing campaigns as well as ensuring process SLA’s are being met. The role will partner primarily with Marketing and Marketing Operations to ensure alignment and understanding of campaign strategy and execution tasks, as well as, perform Quality review at key points in the execution process. Additionally, the role will need to be able to perform testing and monitoring for a variety of marketing campaigns we deploy and communicate/escalate testing results to appropriate stakeholders. Candidates should have some experience performing QA review of marketing materials, as well as an understanding of marketing execution process.


Responsibilities:

  • Focus Quality Assurance through the E2E process of PayPal Marketing and ensuring content, functionality and consumer experience for accuracy. In order to ensure accuracy prior and post publication to consumer, individual is expected to communicate to both the Marketing team and the Marketing Operations team to verify build data accurately aligns with marketing strategy details.
  • Diligent review of all images, text, links, etc. within all Marketing assets including, but not limited to: e-mail marketing material, onsite placement ads/banners, checkout banners, marketing incentive offers, social/paid media and additional marketing products.
  • Individual will identify errors in an efficient manner (limiting any delay to the Marketing publication schedule) and escalate to appropriate Stakeholders for immediate correction.
  • Individual may be tasked with identifying additional QA process enhancements, QA checklists as well as test scripts and testing procedures.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of Marketing QA Experience.
  • Experience with Marketing campaign development process. 
  • Operational experience. 
  • Experience with proofreading and reviewing Marketing material. 
  • High attention to detail is a must.
  • Strong communication skills. 
  • Efficient problem-solving skills with quick turn-around times for day-to-day tasks. 
  • Marketing compliance knowledge is a plus. 
  • Financial services knowledge is a plus.
