Professional will be responsible to spearhead the strategy and execute our end-to-end marketing efforts in Brazil. This will include brand positioning, customer acquisition programs – including execution of performance media investments, SEO and website optimization – lifecycle management, segmentation strategy definition, as well as working alongside the sales team in planning and executing our co-marketing strategy.

Position will also lead a team of senior marketing specialists in the country and will work with shared services organizations in Analytics, Operations and Marketing Strategy in our headquarters in developing world-class marketing programs for Brazil

In our Latin America business unit, we are looking to hire an industry leader with deep market experience to spearhead the strategy and execute our end-to-end marketing efforts in Brazil. This will include brand positioning, customer acquisition programs - including execution of performance media investments, SEO and website optimization - lifecycle management, segmentation strategy definition, as well as working alongside the sales team in planning and executing our co-marketing strategy.


The ideal professional should have a results-driven mindset, with experience in combining creative, state-of-the-art marketing work with effective execution that impacts the bottom line of the organization. This professional will lead a team of senior marketers in the region, and will work with shared services organizations in Analytics, Operations and Marketing Strategy in our headquarters in developing world-class marketing programs for Brazil.


The ideal candidate should have:

  • Minimum 10-15 years of Marketing or Consulting experience, preferably in financial products, online retailers or other monetized services delivered over the Internet with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Demonstrated the ability to work or better still thrive in ambiguous work environments
  • Curiosity to learn while having the confidence to draw from and apply best practices from prior, relevant experiences
  • Multi-cultural perspective, strong interpersonal skills, and C-level communications ability
  • Quantitative data analysis, deep actionable insights, modeling and advanced test plan design and analysis experience
  • Experience working closely with HQs and international leadership in an ever changing environment with several fronts and tight deadlines
  • Previous experience with digital marketing, CRM, e-commerce and social media
  • Prior knowledge of the payments industry is a plus
  • College degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Marketing-related field; Masters/MBA degree preferred
  • Fluent spoken and written abilities in Portuguese and English

The candidate will work closely with external agencies, internal centers of excellence such as global brand teams, customer service, products, and sales teams within Brazil to drive innovation into our customers' experience


This position is based in Sao Paulo and will require occasional international travel
