This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced agile marketing team. No day is the same, you’ll work in two-week sprint cycles as part of a multi-disciplined squad, responsible for a backlog of campaigns and experiments to increase merchant engagement and cross sell in our 3 biggest markets. The team champion data driven, experimentation to identify the tactics that differentially accelerate growth in the customer base and product use​. You are data-driven, solutions focused and love a challenge. You are willing to roll up your sleeves and do what is needed to ensure delivery of scalable, repeatable, high-impact personalized lifecycle marketing programs.

  • Partner with Growth Analytics squad member team to uncover user insights, input into the experimentation roadmap with squad members and execute a rigorous A/B testing agenda to enhance campaign effectiveness. ​

  • Understands the end to end lifecycle journey. Optimizes always-on engagement and cross sell lifecycle programs, knows the data and how to use it in both design and decisioning. ​

  • Ensures right value prop definition. Market context and product knowledge for flagship markets. Provides local prioritization and input. ​

  • Partner with Data and Channel Operations squad members to define content and data requirements based on experimentation and language specifications. Work with our Ops teams to build and execute programs across all channels. ​

  • Collaborates on brief for the Performance Creative Team and manages legal approvals for local markets as well as supporting US needs.​

  • Works with CDE to build email templates for local markets and manages QA process end to end.   ​

Key Skills & Experience​

  • B2B Expert and understand Merchant payments space ​

  • 5+ Strong lifecycle/CRM  background and industry knowledge of customer adoption engagement, retention, and journey mapping through email, push, in app marketing, and SMS,​

  • Strong track record of distilling actionable insights from data to improve multi-channel marketing strategy.​

  • Strong campaign management  experience ​

  • Understanding of marketing/ad technology​

  • Ability to understand and market to multiple markets across EMEA and US​
