This role will work alongside product development, sales, go-to-market, risk, finance, and other teams to help commercialize existing & new product solutions. Successful candidates will have an interest in payments / fintech, understand pricing & monetization models, and be able to deal with the complexity that comes with commercializing products. This is a role for a strong individual contributor who can ask tough questions and work with stakeholders to seek out the right answers.


  • Co-author and manage a strategic pricing framework (“The Playbook”) that defines the rules of the game, contemplating customer segments, markets, products, and monetization models
  • Understand and articulate the changing nature of our business mix including products, markets, segments, and economic / commercial models
  • Support your leaders in gaining alignment with the executive management team
  • Enable sales acceleration by cascading & training the details of principles and process governance
  • Represent strategic pricing in cross-functional working groups for high-priority product initiatives
  • Understand product & customer value proposition; influence others of value-based pricing & monetization model considerations based on external & internal inputs


  • 6 - 8 years of relevant product, pricing, finance, analytics, strategy experience.
  • An understanding of payments product & technology is preferred and will go a long way in the success of this role.
  • Ability to understand & grasp next generation of product / technical solutions
  • Experience in translating from product solutions to building pricing/monetization models
  • Talent for synthesizing complicated / nuanced ideas and communicating them in ways others can easily understand (both oral and written)
  • Versatility in navigating a complex & matrixed corporate environment while juggling multiple responsibilities. A collaborative mindset is essential.
  • Highly dependable, with ability to drive things to conclusion in a dynamic and fast-paced organization.
  • Must be proactive, resourceful, and demonstrate intellectual curiosity.
  • Exhibit the highest standards of integrity and be pleasant & fun to work with.


  • MBA, Master’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
