The Enterprise Platform Services under Core Platform and Infrastructure team is looking for a strong hands-on manager to innovate and drive products under Cookie Management and Crawler platforms. The candidate must be technical as well as an excellent people developer who will be responsible for managing and executing deliverables with a broad scope as well as involved in working with different teams on a daily basis. The ideal candidate would be managing a team of strong engineers with a good experience in the field.

  • Must be involved in day to day activities that includes but not limited to Project Deliveries, Product Meetings, Critical Production Issues, etc.,
  • Should closely work with the Product Manager to define and influence the Product Roadmap
  • Must actively participate in Design and Code Reviews. Should be able to provide technical suggestions and act as a sounding board during technical discussions
  • Should be willing to travel 1 or 2 times a year to San Jose office to meet with different customers and cross functional team leaders
  • Should be actively engaging with the team on an individual basis and help set the platform to achieve their career aspirations
  • Should be able to identify the right coaching / training needs for the team on a regular basis that helps the team scale up to the growing expectations of the company
  • Should be able to influence decisions at crisis and critical situations
  • Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Should be committed to growing people and coaching them to excel
