As Manager, Software Development you are responsible for the technology decisions that enable the business plan and will manage an engineering team in an agile environment.You will be responsible for providing guidance to engineers and making relevant decisions related to technology solutions. The key to the success of this position is having strong & innovative approach to problem solving, great technical leadership, excellent communication (written and verbal, formal and informal), flexibility, and a self-motivated working style with attention to detail.

  • Leading the team for timely product releases
  • Good understanding of various technologies and being able to come up with solution to address the problem at hand
  • Being able to come up with a strong and clear architecture based on the requirements from the team.
  • Presenting complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
  • Working with Product Managers and other stake holders continuously to churn out new features
  • Exploring new technology / framework / languages that are useful for the engineering/business team.
  • Being able to lead from front and ensure the features are shipped with the highest quality from security, performance and UX
  • Enjoy working in flexible/unstructured environment
  • Working closely with the other teams to resolve any dependencies the team is facing
