Localize and execute game changing SMB marketing strategies across the funnel to drive demand and habituation for our products. Being a valuable & highly collaborative member of the team. Building strong, trusted and reliable ties with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
 


• Localize and execute global campaigns across the funnel for your region to deliver on customer and portfolio growth targets of the SMB Portfolio through sales, self service and partner channels

• Close collaboration with other marketing teams to help deliver global programs with max. success across regional remit

• Regular reporting  of progress to key stakeholders within Mrkt, Sales & PMM

• Ensure successful GTM of products & new capabilities to existing and prospect base and max. commercial benefits

• Drive marketing efficiencies and effectiveness across the funnel

• Be the voice of SMB marketing in your regional remit

• Put the customer at heart of all activity and partner with PMM and sales on growth strategies and ideas to explore white space and unlock growth in your geos



Key Skills/Expertise
 


• min. 5+ years of success with end-to-end B2B lifecycle marketing, including creation and execution of winning marketing strategies and plans.

• Strategic thinker - combine classic strategic marketing skills with experience in multi-channel marketing/distribution of practical products and services.

• Superior relationship-building and influence management skills in interactions with senior leaders, peers, internal and external partners.

• Experience in driving lead generation and nurturing programs

• Strong creative thinking (benefits marketing and customer orientation).

• A proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment

• Comfortable with ambiguity, able to manage multiple competing priorities with strong attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding collaboration, project & stakeholder management skills in complex matrix organizations

• Understanding of financial services industry and ecosystem strongly preferred

•Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
